A 12 metre passenger catamaran designed by Teknicraft is now operating for Newcrest's gold mine on Lihir Island in Papua New Guinea.
Carrying 24 passengers as well as cargo, it operates a busy schedule for the mining company's employees travelling as far as Kavieng, 150 nautical miles away from Lihir Island across the Pacific Ocean.
