This vessel has a cruise speed of 28 knots and is fitted with a large array of scientific instrumentation and equipment, including highly sensitive multi-beam transducers for mapping of the seabed.
Teknicraft was approached by the National Institute of Water and Atmospheric Research to design a vessel that would function as a safe, stable, reliable and fast platform for up to 15 different scientific research applications.
