Teknicraft has designed a number of stern picker fishing vessels operating in the Bristol Bay area of Alaska for high value salmon fishing. The latest to be launched was constructed at Mavrik Marine in WA, and features twin waterjet propulsion for a cruise speed of up to 32 knots. The 32 foot hull has a refrigerated fish hold capacity of 16500 pounds.

Keel cooled engines, together with waterjets allows it to operate in very shallow water, giving it a competitive edge amongst the large fleet of fishing boats.
