In accordance with the client's requirements this vessel is able to operate as a multi purpose vessel deployed for AUV operations, water sampling, side scan sonar and multibeam operations whilst underway. It features a sophisticated survey laboratory that functions as the control center for data collection during each mission. Transducer wells and deployable sonar struts have been thoughtfully integrated into the hull to ensure quality data results. The vessel design features an impressive array of winches, A-frames, and cranes, and a vast aft deck to provide suitable space for AUV launch and recovery operations as well as conventional geophysical surveys.

The vessel is registered under 100 GT for operation within USCG controlled areas, and under 500 GT for international waters. The Loadline certification is done by ABS Classification Society.
